The house is in Dalby with very good communications to Lund City and there is a direct bus to the Uni, campus area, BMC, Main Hospital and railway station. This will take you there in 15 (Uni) to 23 (railway st) mins. The bus station is a ca 5 min walk from the house. The address is Hovanders väg 10. I offer high quality living with nice co-habitants, closeness to natur and outdoor activities, like bicycling to Lund and Skrylle.
The rooms are in a newly renovated top floor of our house with a very large area, ca 40m2, for kitchen, dining and sitting. This will be shared between up to 6 persons, mainly students. There are 3 showers/toilets, 1 of these separated. Of course you have washing, drying racks and tumble dryer in the common area so very easy access. Internet over Wifi and TV with international channels is also included. The Wifi is over fiber so unlimited capacity and very fast. And it's fully furnished including towels and bed linen if so wished for. Just bring your bag with your personal stuff. ..! And of course you can set this as your address.
There is also a barbecue place outside in the large garden that can be used.
The rent for a standard room, 11 to 13 m2 + part in the common area with everything included is between 3.300 and 3.500 sek.
U always pay 1 month rent in advance, i.e. on the last day of the month prior to the month the rent is valid for and a deposit equal to 1 month rent when signing the contract.
U can arrive from now and stay as long as U need - no time limit.
