Looking for a peaceful home while studying in Lund?

We are renting out our charming, fully furnished one-bedroom house in central Landskrona from mid-August 2026 until mid-June 2027.

The house is located just a few minutes' walk from Landskrona Station (via bus) and offers an easy commute to Lund University. The train journey from Landskrona to Lund takes only around 15–20 minutes, making it possible to enjoy a quiet home while staying well connected to campus. Malmö and Helsingborg are also within easy commuting distance.

The house is perfect for a single Masters or PhD student or a couple looking for a comfortable home of their own. It comes fully equipped to a high standard and includes:

Fully furnished and equipped kitchen

Everything you need except your own bed linen and towels

We are experienced and reliable landlords and are happy to provide references from previous tenants. We are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the property.

Practical information
Rental period: Mid-August 2026 – Mid-June 2027 (fixed term)
Rent: SEK 8,750 per month
Utilities are paid by the tenant according to standard Swedish houserental contracts:

Deposit: Two months' rent.
The house is non-smoking and unfortunately not suitable for pets.
