Hello!
I’m renting out a furnished room in my spacious 84 sqm apartment, located at Vaksala Torg in central Uppsala. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Uppsala Central Station and the mainstreet and only 10 minutes by bike to the university, there is also busses going to the university just outside of the apartment.

The apartment has three rooms in total—I live in one, and I’m looking to rent out another. There’s also a lovely balcony next to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or some fresh air. The building includes access to a shared laundry room and a residents’ gym.

There's also another apartment in the house, which can be rented for a little fee if you have up to two guests over for a few days.

I live here alone and work at one of the university’s restaurants. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, walking, and much more fun stuff. I have two grown sons who live in Stockholm and visit occasionally.

Since I’m a woman living on my own, I would prefer to rent the room to another woman—ideally a student or young professional who values a calm, respectful, and friendly home environment.
